Website Terms

These terms explain the intended use of the Williamsburg Diner website. They concern the website, not a separate booking, catering, or purchase agreement.

Restaurant information

Menus, prices, hours, photographs, and availability are provided for general information and may change. Photos are illustrative and may not show the exact dish or arrangement offered during your visit. Please contact the diner to confirm anything important to your plans.

Allergies and dietary needs

Please tell your server about allergies and dietary requirements before ordering. Website descriptions and dietary labels are not a guarantee that a dish is free of an ingredient or cross-contact. Ask staff about preparation and suitability for your needs.

Orders and event inquiries

Online ordering is not currently available through this website. Event-form submissions are saved and a notification is queued for the diner team; a successful submission is not a confirmed booking. Any booking, deposit, cancellation policy, or catering arrangement must be confirmed separately with the diner. For urgent requests or if you do not hear back, email info@williamsburgdiner.com.

Respectful use and website content

Please do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit unlawful content. The diner’s branding and original website content belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links for personal use; commercial reuse of images, artwork, or branding requires permission from the relevant owner.

External services and availability

Maps, social media, and other external services operate under their own terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access or that every detail will always be current. Nothing on this page excludes rights or protections that applicable law gives you.

Privacy and assistance

See our Privacy Policy for information about this website’s data practices. If you have difficulty using the site, need restaurant information in another format, or have a question about these terms, email info@williamsburgdiner.com or write to Williamsburg Diner, 82 South 4th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11249.
